General Sources: 1. Records of St. John's Evangelical and Reformed Church, Sheldon, Wyoming County, New York:
The early records of St. John's evangelical and Reformed Church were recovered in 2011 and have been digitally photographed. These records begin in 1895 and continue until the mid- 1920's. They contain records of baptisms, confirmations, marriages and deaths, as well as ancillary records. 2. Records of Evangelical Church, Arheilgen, Darmstadt, Hesse, Germany.
These records, which are available on microfilm through the LDS Church, cover the period 1575 through 1875, and contain baptisms, marriages and deaths.
